@Kevdou Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for posting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic not showing stats every now and then.
There are a couple of things you can try in order to sort this out:
- Perform a restart on Ionic. This has helped other users in the past.
- Change the clock face on your watch. This should also rectify this if the restart doesn't work.
