Stats do not show on home screen of watch. Show when looking at “today” very frustrating

Hi, I had the same issue with my ionic and went through to customer services chat. They asked me to change my clock face. If you can do the same maybe change that. It worked for ms

 Bos2345 is correct.  You need to use a different clock face.

I spent 20 mins on the phone with them today, and they ultimately couldn't figure it out. They then told me I was out of warranty, so it couldn't be fixed. I had resolved to buy a new one until I made one more Google search attempt to troubleshoot. I found you...it's fixed! lol

They should be paying YOU!

The way to get the data back is to restart the Ionic. Press the left and lower right buttons at the same time for about 4-6 seconds until you get the Fitbit symbol and let go. If that does not work, swipe left to the settings app and then scroll down to 'About' and tap that then scroll down to shutdown
