Fitbit Ionic Version 27.71.6.19 // Firmware Version 71.6.19
Apple iPhone 8 // iOS 14.0
After upgrading to iOS 14.0 and updating the Fitbit Ionic to Version 71.6.19 I first had the issue that the Ionic stopped counting steps, heart rate and sleep and the time was off by a few minutes. I fixed this issue by following this procedure (twice, first time didn't fix it).
1) Reset the Ionic to Factory Settings
2) Deleted the Fitbit App
3) Deleted Blootooth connection between the Ionic and the Phone
4) Restarted the Phone
5) Reinstalled the Fitbit App
6) Reconnected the Fitbit to the App & followed the Update procedure
As I set I had to do this twice, since the first time (11 am Berlin time) didn't fix the problem. The second time I did this procedure, the watch asked me for calibration.
As of now 11:45 Berlin time the Ionic measures heart rate and steps but increases steps also independently of movement (even if watch is just laying on the table).
What do I do now? Repeat the procedure? Is this a known issue? Please help!
Best,
Dennis

Update:
Restarting of the watch led to the fact that the Ionic stopped counting steps at all and the heart rate also stopped.

Update II: Repeating the procedure does not help. Ionic won't count steps and won't measure heart rate. Please help
