My log and Ionic indicate I have 10,000 plus steps. My weekly showdown shows I only have 6,000 steps. The contest is EST and I live in CST. However, the time zone is not a factor in my total steps today as they all occurred regardless of time zone.

Have you manually logged any steps? If so, they count on your personal totals but not in challenges, presumably because that would make it too easy to cheat to look good in challenge.
If that's not it, challenge totals might just not have been updated yet. I've seen them take while to get reflected in challenge totals.

You would know if you had done it. It is manually logging an exercise session, meant for when you exercised without wearing your tracker, but then wanted to record that you had exercised.

Oh ok gotcha, yeah definitely didn’t do that. I think it may have to do with my lack of connectivity while at work. After my run it didn’t register my heart rate so my calories burned were off as well. I think it’s a simple glitch of some sorts. Guess I’ll see if I get the same issue tomorrow.

Hello @MAJ-Brown, it's good to see you around in the Community forums.
I'm sorry to see about the trouble you've found with the data in your Ionic and the weekly showdown. It could be related to the connectivity as you mentioned. Please confirm if you continue to experience this when syncing frequently during the day. If you find any trouble while syncing data, you can follow the steps listed here.
Please keep us posted about how the watch is behaving for the following days, and if you're still experiencing a discrepancy.
