Steps not counting correctly on my Ionic

 Please can someone help? My Ionic is only counting about 10% of my steps. I have reset it and updated it and I've also changed the clock face. Please can anyone help?

Run a test on it. Note the steps on your device. Walk 100 steps and count the steps. See what the difference is.
