It can be a very long frustrating process to load music into your Ionic.
So best to call Tech Support and have them walk you thru it.
Normally takes a couple min to drag and drop onto a micro SD -> whereas takes a couple hours or more using the Fitbit WIFI method. Last time took me 12 hours to load 2.3 GB correctly because of multiple transfer errors.
It does transfer in the end. But everything has to line up perfectly. If Tech Support cannot get this going properly for you -> let me know.
