My first ever fitbit and was very happy with it. Note i only have it 24hrs but what has we really annoyed is while i was working away at my desk (seated) flicking through paperwork i was clocking up steps.
Please tell me this is a setting i have wrong and not fitbit
I have it set to wrist dominant
I previously had a garmin and it was in no way as sensitive

Sorry to tell you Miriam but it is Fitbit. I have an Alta and it does the same. When washing dishes I put the Fitbit in my pocket. It gets worse though - it counts steps while travelling in a car or bus and the only way round this is to download an app called Drivebit, You'd think this would be fixable.
