Steps were deleted from account

Ionic was recording steps ok. Now the previous 4 days data have disappeared. What’s happening?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Based on the information that was shared in your post, this issue seems to be related to the app rather than the Ionic device itself, therefore, can you please let me know which phone are you using with your Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Only the step-count was affected or other stats like heart rate, floors, etc. as well? In the meantime I receive your answers, please troubleshoot the app with the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the operating system version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
