Faint blue Ionic screen

Screen just lights up very dimly dark blue. Nothing else. It vibrates when I get a call or text, but just faint blue screen is all it shows.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To fix the display issue your Ionic is experiencing, please restart your device following the next steps:

For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
Let go of the buttons.
If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Unfortunately that does not work. I think the screen crapped out.
