Still have not received my refund for my Fitbit ionic and it’s been since March 2023 !! this is getting ridiculous. Can’t get answers from anyone and only told to call just to get the same run around. There has to be another resolution. I was going to use that money to replace my lost sense but I’m considering changing to a different brand despite being with Fitbit for many years and even buying my children watches
