Stopped syncing and now can't set it up

I have a Fitbit ionic which was working fine and then it wouldn’t sync to my phone so I deleted the app turned of ect and now I can’t add it back on no matter what I do.

it gives me the 4 digit number and then won’t allow me to do anything. 

My watch went flat and now the time is wrong and I can’t change it cause I can’t add it to my phone.  

So frustrating

Thanks for performing these steps, let me help you setting up your Ionic. As a first step please take a look a the compatible devices list then I recommend performing the restart and attempt the setup process again. If by any chance you're still having trouble make sure to follow the steps listed on this article, there you'll find instructions for all the different platforms.
