In the past it was possible to start a run or walk in the strava app on my ionic. Now i only get following info when i start the app : "No recent activity - record a run to see a list of your recorded activities here".

 

does anyone had the same problem and found a solution?

 

I've already deleted the app and reinstalled , but the same outcome

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting. 

 

The Strava app on the Ionic should display only your recent activities and it's not possible to start an activity directly from it on the watch. Learn more about it by checking this article. 

 

Keep in mind that Fitbit will sync any activity recorded with GPS to Strava and Strava will sync any GPS activity recorded to Fitbit.
