Strava has stopped syncing my runs

I know there are many past items about Strava/ionic data sharing but this just started. Previously ionic run data has been nicely upaded onto my Strava app on iPhone. But a week ago it just stopped. The root problem may be that I see the new runs on the basic ionic info ( swipe down from clock) but on Strava app view on ionic the new ones don’t show up. The prior ones do show there and they are the ones that also show in ionic iPhone app. What would cause these new runs to not show on ionic Strava app? I have reset everything without any impact.

Clarification: I meant that the old runs that show on the ionic Strava app are also the last ones that show in the Strava iPhone app.

I have also had this issue. Syncing between the Strava and Fitbit app has usually worked fine up until a week ago. I have disconnected and redownloaded both apps and had no such luck. Feeling a bit disappointed because I rely on Strava to measure the elevation gain on my runs and cycles.
