Strava seems to have stopped auto-syncing with my Fitbit account about 7 days ago. Any suggestions?

 

(The Strava app on my Ionic hasn't synced since 7 November, but that's another story...)

contact Fitbit support. Fitbit servers are responsible for pushing workouts to Strava.

I've been exporting the TCX file from Fitbit and then uploading it to Strava for the last week 😕
