Used to work perfectly, now won’t sync at all!!

 

restarted both devices, no change...

Mine worked perfectly then would no sync with windows ten, then would not sync to phone. Two weeks later involving phone calls to help line and hours of trying everything suddenly all started working. Three days later back to square one. Would not recommend or buy again.
