Hello @Boss_endri you would be better to use the what's up app then choose this app to send it's notifications to the tracker. 

If you access what's up through the web, the only suggestion I have would be to choose the web browser to send it's notifications to the tracker. 

Open the Fitbit app, ionic, notifications, App notifications, pick the apps wanted.
