I ordered a Fitbit Ionic last Friday and paid for expedited two working day delivery and it has not arrived within the specified time frame - what can I do about this? Will I be able to get the money back that I paid for expedited delivery?

I'm sorry to hear that @AndyKirkwood but the best we as Fitbit users can suggest is to contact support. They do have email and Twitter also.
