Hi i have the ionic iv used it loads for swimming the first few times it counted my lengths and calories. Now it seems to have stopped just counts time. But I have worn if on my wrist and worn it in my swimming costume. No1 how should I wear it to pick up heart rate length and calories steps? No2 do i need to set it up differently. I'm all over the place bug feel cheated everytime I swim because it not picking up anything. Have a touched something in settings am I wearing it un the wrong place please help. 😪🤔

It's great to see you around @KIMBERT34. Thanks for the details mentioned. Sorry to hear that your Ionic isn't tracking your swimming activity. 

 

When your Ionic recognizes your swim, it will show you swim lengths, duration, distance and pace.

 

I would like you to make sure you've added it to your recognized activities or that you're manually starting the activity using the exercise feature in your watch. 

 

You can restart it and then try tracking another swimming activity.
