Hi,

 

I am Installing the FitOS 1.1 BETA firmware, if i want to switch back to regular (not Beta) FitOS  is it possible? if possible how?

I read on the developers boards that it's now possible to roll back, this was confirmed by a Fitbit development member of staff.

 

You would need to contact customer support and they will then downgrade your account to a non developer account.

 

You will then need to wait around 20mins for you account to downgrade. After which you will need to remove your Ionic from your account and do a full factory reset. You will then set the device up as new and be prompted to download the latest public release during the set up.
