The screen says, “data not cleared sync & try again” This is after a factory reset. What next?

Hi @Cubeologist, nice to see you in the community.

 

Can you go into the fitbit app on your phone and make sure the Ionic is removed from your account. Also go into the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the Ionic from there (if it's paired). Go back into the fitbit app and then try the setup process again.
