Since the Android upgrade this week, my Fitbit Ionic is not synching consistently/reliably. The most frustrating error is that it loses approx 1.5hrs of time overnight, so the alarm function is useless!(I rely on this to exercise without waking my wife)
I have:
1. Restarted both my phone and the Fitbit.
2. Disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit to the app
3. Multiple Fitbit restarts
4. Multiple manual attempts to synch, including immediately prior to going to sleep, only to have the time (and alarm) completely wrong again in the morning.
This is making the device totally unreliable as a "smart watch" and near to useless. Please help.

Same thing happen to me called support and chatted multiple times to have them tell me it’s not my fit bit ionic it’s the app I have a charge 4 as back up and have no issues I asked them to send me a replacement but they told me they could not since they told me it’s the app. Which if it was app why does charge 4 work with out issue
