I am replacing my old Fitbit Iconic with a new one. How do I get the new one to synch to the fitbit app? It is showing information from my old one and not the new one.

Go into your account settings in the app by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard screen. Then select "set up a device". Choose the Ionic and it will ask if you want to replace your current Ionic. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, settings, badges etc will be retained.
