Sorry @Satyakunda but app not working fine does not help us much.
What phone or computer is the app on?
I assume the tracker works so what is it that is not showing correctly in the app?

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:
I also notice that your phone is not on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices However, if it worked when you first set it up then it should be possible to get it working again.

I have the same exact issue with the sync. Before getting on the community, I did try the troubleshooting steps. My phone is compatible. I have contacted the support, hopefully they will be able to help. I never had an issue with Fitbit. Fitbit surge syncs every few minutes. Iconic syncs the first time after setup and never again.

Satya
I was able to resolve this issue after I posted the same problem by doing a few things that was recommended but I had to use a windows PC. I am still waiting on the tech support, however so far my Android phone is syncing without issues.
Here are the steps:
Iconic:
Factory Reset the Iconic by going to Settings and Doing a Reset.
After the factory reset and the initial loading if the Watch OS. Press the Left and Lower Right Button to Restart. (This is a process that you may need to do several times if you have problem connecting)
Android Phone:
Remove the Iconic from the profile under the Fitbit App.
Remove the Fitbit App
Bluetooth: Remove the Iconic from the Bluetooth devices. Remove any old Fitbit Devices.
Setup:
On a windows pc, download the Fitbit App (Windows 10 App Store). If you do not have a windows 10 PC, then I would find one just to get this Iconic Working.
Note: The setup instructions from FItbit Website is what I followed from this point on. However, the Key was using windows PC rather than the android phone. One more thing I noticed was that the Iconic shows to be on the latest firmware. However when I started the setup using the Windows PC, it showed an update was available. Not sure what it was, however, it took about 30 minutes for the update of the firmware.
Here are the brief steps:
1. Connect the Iconic to the same windows PC using the USB (you can connect to a USB Charger as well)
2. Install the Fitbit App on the windows PC and log in using your Fitbit Account,
3. Add new device and follow the wizard. When the screen on the PC shows searching, do a quick restart of the watch using the method (Left Button + Lower Right Button)
4. PC should be able to find your Watch and start the installation process.
5. After connecting, setup Wifi.
6. Firmware check will start the firmware download
7. After download installation will start. Make sure your PC is powered and being charged (if using a Laptop). Also make sure the PC does not sleep when charging.
8. The watch will show firmware update by a slow covering solid teal/green and will also show the progress by slowing covering the entire screen. (20 min)
9. When this is happening, the app on Windows will say, connection lost or searching,, ignore it.
10. The watch will reboot once after the initial download, then do the same exact Solid Green progress on the screen. This one is faster (10 min) and then reboot.
Once rebooted, the fitbit App will indicate on the PC that the Update Completed.
Now, it is time to wear the watch finish the tutorial on the watch. Once completed your Watch should sync with the windows PC.
11.Now install the Fitbit App on your Android Phone and log in. You do not have to do anything. It should pick up the Watch. I am not sure how the app does it, it probably remembers the MAC address of the Bluetooth module and connects to it.
After doing this process, my watch has successfully synced twice. A true test will be to shutdown the Windows PC and see if the Watch syncs.
Good Luck.

Did you get a chance to see my response above. I had the same problem.
Currently my iconic is syncing well with the Android phone as well as the window PC. I suspect it was the firmware update that it did. I am still not sure why it updated the firmware as I had the latest to begin with.
Also, if you had a chance to follow the procedure I used, make sure to showdown the PC and then attempt to sync your watch with the Android phone to make sure the watch is communicating with the Phone.
