Syncing Ionic

I received my new Ionic on Thursday 19th.  It worked beautifully until Sunday.  It has not synced since 10.15am of Sunday.  I have followed all syncing advice and troubleshooting tips and yet still nothing. Starting to feel frustrated at the way this is wasting my time and efforts.

Have you checked to see if there are pending updates to the mobile app? The last time I had an issue, this was the cause and fix.

To add I am having a horrific experience with Sync. I have tried against Windows 10 and my Android device. Both running the latest app version.

Ionic Version : 27.25.16.7
Windows 10 : 2.26.1310.0
Android : 2.60

The ionic I have yet to have a consistent experience with sync. Never really connects to either device well, I get a rough sync here and there. Its no where near as consistent as my surge , to the point of mass frustration.

However I had an EVEN bigger concern today. When it did appear to sync to my android device, my data appeared to change into the app.
My active minutes went from 357 minutes to 57.
My moving went from moving every hour TO only showing 3 active hours.
This is more concerning to me then the inconsistent syncing. Losing the data or the data changing from the device to the application is a huge problem and concern.

Similar experience here today. Lost nearly 300 active minutes (and about 1500 calories) for no apparent reason. I was using Strava to measure a walk also and am wondering if there is some app clash - syned towards end of walk, all OK, saved walk in Strava and noticed shortly after that the Fitbit data for active minutes had disappeared (literally to zero after a fast 5.7 miles walk). Really frustrating and something I've never experienced with my previous Charge HR. Today was my first full day of wearing the brand new device.
