I have had so many problems since I upgraded to the fitbit ionic. I actually took one watch back as I thought it was faulty as it didn't appear to sync properly with my phone or computer. however after now owning my second ionic I am still having the same issues. I feel like the issues are with the watch Bluetooth rather than the phone as my fitbit blaze worked perfectly fine as do other devices I connect to my phone.
anyway I got a new watch, I even created a whole new fitbit account as if I was starting from scratch. I eventually got my fitbit added onto my account but ever since then I have so much trouble syncing it to my account especially when I try to do it through my phone. when I went on the app tonight I noticed it hadn't synced since Monday evening. I tried to sync it and it is just was not working. I have now lost all my data since Monday night for any exercise I have done steps etc.
I have tried everything and after reading through these forum I decided the last step would be removing my device from my account and adding it on again, this was a disaster as now I cant get my fitbit added on to my account at all it just keeps saying syncing error.
I am getting so frustrated as I am now in a position where I got rid of my fitbit blaze and my ionic wont work so im left without a properly functioning fitness watch. I really want to send the ionic watch back, get a refund and just go back to having a blaze, however I don't feel I should have to pay out for a new blaze watch which up until a couple of weeks ago I owned and got rid of with the idea that I would have a more up to date watch.
does anyone know the complaint procedure to complain to fitbit, its just crazy its been about two weeks that I have gone without a properly functioning fitbit. if I send this ionic back to where I purchased it I will be left without a watch.

The complaint department would also be known as Fitbit Support, which you can find a link for them by clicking on your Profile icon in the upper righthand corner of this page.
