My ionic has stopped syncing to my phone. The app cannot find my Fitbit at all?? I have done a soft reset to no avail. Any suggestions

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Hello, I also have this problem with my Huawei phone.
I have not been able to sync my Ionic to my phone since September 26th.
I have followed all steps on this forum and the help pages, restarted my ionic, uninstalled and reinstalled my app, my phone, my Ionic, it is getting incredibly frustrating. I have had the Ionic for <1yr.
Please advise the next steps to take?
