How do you make the **ahem** thing synch? It is pathetic for a so called market leader that the device takes God knows how many attempts to synch. The watch is great in some ways but awful in others. Just make the charging cable a data feed and plug it in and maybe it will work without messing about for hours. Next time I need a sports watch I'm going to look at other companies because my weekly synch is a nightmare with this thing.

Hello Sylvia,
As a check I tried to synch my Ionic to and it didn't work. I then did the procedure you recommended (basically break and reestablish the link with my Ionic) and it then synched immediately.
In response to you other questions:
- Which phone model and OS version do you have?
Hauwei P20 running Android 9
- When did you started experiencing this?
I can't remember exactly but it has been for maybe 4 or 5 months.
Hopefully it will now continue to synch! 🙂

I appreciate that you mentioned that your Ionic started syncing again. As always, please make sure that your app and OS version are up-to-date, this to ensure that you receive all bug fixes and improvements.
