Bought 1st ionic March 2019, Sept 2019 would not sync ,losing time etc, replacement provided. May 2020 same problem won’t sync loosing time time app can’t find ionic!
Advise given - Problem between Apple and Fitbit that they are trying to resolve in the meantime try syncing a coupe of time a day to see if it reconnects!
For a product bought for £200 find this Unacceptable!

Hi @Stacky2, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Ionic it should display the correct time. That said, if you're experiencing syncing difficulties with your device, please check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Done all the above still nothing, not happy that a product retailing at around £220 is so digitally unstable?
what next? Can you please let me know how I get a full refund of my money please?
