Numerous issues with ionic syncing hit and miss always having to turn off and restart also gps doesn’t work. I have done a factory reset this week syncing improved gps worked for a couple of days has now stopped working properly kicks in half way through run or walk or doesn’t work at all - very frustrated with it only first bought one just over 2 years ago and had to have it replaced after only 6 months now the replacement is failing!!

To better assist you with the connection difficulties you're experiencing with your Ionic during the syncing process, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know if the issue persists. In regards the GPS issue, you can check: Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device?
