Plenty of syncing suggestions in previous posts. Have a look through previous few months posts. Nothing new to add unfortunately.
What OS Android or iOS? This is important detail many forget to mention, as there are menu variations between the two.
There are 433 pages of archived threads. That's over 17,000 posts! Don't worry you don't need to read through all of them, but they are archived for self service. No other reason.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
