Syncing difficulties with iPhone

i am done with this fit bit and getting an apple watch. EVERY SINGLE DAY i have to try to resync to my iphone

steps to re-sync my ionic

1)  go to settings

2)  turn off bluetooth

3)  back out

4)  go to fit bit in settings

5)  turn off bluetooth

6)  back out

7)  go back to iphone settings

😎  turn on bluetooth

9)  back out

10)go back to fitbit settings

11)turn on bluetooth

and then 

12) go to fit bit app and watch the app TRY to sync with the phone

this works maybe 10% of the time.............I AM DONE

To better assist you and further investigate, can you please let me know which iPhone are you using? When was the first tiem you experienced this issue and how many times since then? I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
