Syncing difficulties with new dashboard

Hello,

 

My fitbit Ionic syncs irregularly. Is there anyway to force sync. I read old posts but the solutions are using the old App.

When you said that your device is syncing irregularly, you mean that it's not syncing when you try to force sync with the app or that All-day sync feature is not working as designed?
