Hello,

 

My fitbit Ionic syncs irregularly. Is there anyway to force sync. I read old posts but the solutions are using the old App.

When you said that your device is syncing irregularly, you mean that it's not syncing when you try to force sync with the app or that All-day sync feature is not working as designed? I recommend you to check our help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and if necessary, move forward with the troubleshooting steps from this article.
