Syncing issue ... reSOLVED! (for me anyway)

I, too, had my sync "stuck". 

  • "forgot" ionic in bluetooth
  • closed App
  • powered down and restarted phone
  • reset Ionic, (held left and lower right button)
  • opened App
  • Ionic connected to bluetooth on its own and synced just fine
  • all seems good...for now

Great to hear it is working, @rhgood!  I have had luck with closing the app, forgetting the tracker in Bluetooth, and re-opening the app.

hmmm...just went on airplane mode for a flight and the no sync problem re-appeared when I went off airplane mode.

 

Fix above worked to correct the problem...but perhaps there's a glitch with airplane mode?
