My New Ionic is great, this is my 5th generation Fitbit tracker, but

 

I have now twice noticed that it reboots after having started an exercise tracking (both times in Elliptical mode) - this is a bit annoying as the exercise is then not recorded 

 

can you fix this pls?

 

whule fixing - can you consider an opportunity to enter step length for  the crosstrainer so it matches the cross trainers setting (I.e my Sole E35 is 51 CM)

@Pete_S, Fitbit is aware of this bug and is working on a solution.  One thread discussing this issue is here:
