I have a android phone Samsung galaxy S7, I have had trouble with syncing the past 2 days my ionic is losing time and is currently 48 minutes behind. I have seen several topics and have tried everything on all these topics. Restart phone/ionic, Bluetooth off and on, quit fitbit app and reopened, uninstalled and set up as a new device. Nothing is working and starting to get really frustrated.
Best AnswerUpdate: fixed the connectivity issue with restarting both phone and ionic (now for several times). Now ionic is syncing again. I‘ll watch that for the next days...

Same for me, no Sync possible. Last sync is seven days ago.
Tried reinstalling the App, as a result i am unable to add my ionic again, since the search for the device ends up with Bluetooth error...
Best AnswerI've tried restarting several times and am unable to get any sync at all, it just says tracker not found and tried to reinstall a new ionic to my phone and can't find it. Hope this gets fixed soon.
