My Ionic watch will not sync with my Samsung/Android smartwatch. The Android software is current, the Ionic appears to be on version 27.31.1.29. I have not been able to get data synced from watch to phone (and hence to fitbit cloud) since May 11!
I have tried restarting the watch from the left button + lower right button press. This does not make a difference. I have tried to update the watch from the Fitbit Connect application on my Windows 10 Lenovo PC, it fails to update.
Am I down to a factory level reset and restart form scratch with the last 3 weeks lost.

I appear to be in a similar boat, although I seem to be able to sync. I also have an Android. Seems I can sync but not update. I've tried multiple Wireless networks, SSID's...etc...to no avail.
