My doesn't sync with my computer, out of 10 tries on my phone it syncs once, somehow I have no problem with getting notifications from my phone to my computer but when it comes to syncing time, it's a crazy struggle, same with my boyfriend's ionic, his just won't sync anymore, we are planning to return them cos honestly for such an expensive gadget you should not be having this issues.
I have not been able to sync my music either

Not that it’s going to help much, sorry, but it might help explain your issue; a search for for your phone on the Supported Devices list shows it’s not a supported device. As such, unfortunately the Ionic and app might not work as expected.

Hey thanks, I have seen this before, but for example, my boyfriend has the same problems I have, and he has a supported device, the Samsung S7; and still I dont get why I have problems syncing with my computer. I have a flex, and neither in my computer or phone it has problems syncing, and we are talking about the 1st flex, so they should have done some improvements already, specially considering the big gap in the price difference between the Ionic and the Flex

I have a verizon LG G5 with Android 7.0. and IONIC with Firmware version 27.31.1.16 .
I have been having sync failures and clockface errors about 7 out of 10 times. I am going to try testing with my older MOTO X to rule out the LG G5 but its really frustrating.

Let me know how that works, I resetted the fitbit, uninstalled the app on my computer, restarted computer, downloaded the app again, and it will still not sync with my computer

At first i was unable to install all the watchfaces (some worked, others did not).
After restarting the watch, some started working, but some still did nork.
I removed a few apps, i did not need and now they all work (watchfaces i mean).
Some WF's are large and seem to have memory problems.
Maybe you should try removing apps you don't need, then restart the watch (left button + right lower button) and try again.
