My ionic watch is showing my activity time and 250+ steps per hour, yet when I sync to app the app is not showing any of my active time or my 250+ steps per hour. I have shutdown watch, disconnected and reconnected watch from app, but nothing is working to get my app to show my active time and 250+ steps per hour. Help!

Best AnswerThat didn't help. It is syncing some things like my steps, some of my 250+ steps but not all, and not showing my activity time. If I look under "exercise" it will show that I exercised say for 30 minutes, which was continuous, but showing zero activity on app, but watch is showing activity time. So not sure why it is syncing some information but not showing on app.
Thanks
