Syncing stopped

Yesterday at 13.23 UK time my ionic stopped syncing. I have tried the usual, including uninstalling app, restarting phone and reinstalling app, switching bluetooth on/off etc. My phone can still connect with other Bluetooth devices (none on when I try to connect fitbit).

I know you've tried some procedures to get it working but I would like you to confirm that you've performed this syncing troubleshooting. Also, please let me know which mobile phone you're using?
