My Fitbit and ionic constantly do no sync. I have uninstalled and reinstalled device. I will reconnect to wifi. It will work then it won't. It has been not working a lot lately and my ionic is only a month old. I'm getting really frustrated.
Go to the bluetooth of your cellphone and remove the bond of the ionic. Then try to sync again directly from the fitbit app. Usually this works for me when having syncing issues.
Mine is the same and I can't figure it out. I've had it for 5 months and it is annoying. Even with Deezer it took so many goes. Now my fitbit whenever I charge it has the fit bit icon showing and I cant chage it I have to wait till it runs out of battery.
