Hi!! Just got an ionic and I’m a little confused! Had the charge hr before with no problems. It seems the ionic isn’t syncing my active hours. App says 11 of 12, watch says zero. It also didn’t detect my walk but when I manually add it, my active minutes go away. Any clue why? Or what to do to make it sync correctly??

Britter, the first thing I would try would be a RESTART. And do it several times if necessary.

O.K. Now try a Factory Reset. Swipe left to Settings and scroll down to "About". Touch About and then Factory Reset. If that doesn't work, time to contact Customer Support..

My wife has given up on her Ionic. She tried all sorts of suggestions from Fitbit - the Ionic would usually start syncing again, but the problem would always repeat itself within a few days.
I have no problem with my Surge or Charge 2, she has not problem with her Charge 2.
