Syncing

I just recently upgraded to an Ionic and my ionic keeps loosing sync. This past week it can’t find my ionic and I’ve tried everything... even took one whole day Monday and it lost all my steps. This is very annoying. Why does this keep happening? Can take it back because I got rid of my receipt

Thank you for the information in regards of  what you have done. There is a couple of questions I would like to make so that I can understand a little better the situation: 

 

- How are you syncing? Are you using a mobile device or a computer? 

- If you are using a mobile device, please keep in mind that needs to be compatible, you can confirm if you mobile is compatible Here

- How often do you sync? 

- If you can please let us know which troubleshooting steps you have tried? If you haven't restart please try it out, you can find the steps in the following article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
