Is anyone else having this problem?
About a month ago I was able to download all workout from Fitbit.com as a TCX file.
Since then I keep getting an error message saying 'We are looking into this". This is proving really frustrating to I am thinking of returning my Ionic to something more reliable.

Welcome on board @Tan321, it's nice to have you here! In order to start reviewing this, I would like to recommend some workarounds: Please try clearing your browser's cache. Directions on how to clear your cache on a variety of browsers can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
If the issue continue, please try to use a different web browser.
If after doing these steps the issue persists, let me know what type of exercise are you trying to export through a TCX file? In addition, let me know which web browsers have your tried?
It is impossible to mention that the export file is only for activities with GPS. Are the ones that you are trying to export gps activities or regular ones? If they are regular, that would explain what is going on.
The TCX format is a series of GPS track points with other pieces of data attached to each track point, so please confirm that your activity was tracked correctly. If you are having problems with your GPS feature, I recommend restarting your Ionic. The environment you are in can affect the signal strength of GPS. For example, if you are running in an urban environment with many tall buildings, it may take your Surge tracker several seconds to get a fix.

I tried clearing my cache and using another browser but neither worked.
I am actually using the interval trainer for my run/walk program which also
uses the GPS, whereas before I was just using the running program. Could
this be the issue?
If it is, its a real pain as I need the timers while I run.

Thanks for getting back @Tan321! You can export four types of data:
- Body—Includes weight, BMI, and body fat percentage.
- Foods—Includes any logged foods.
- Activities—Includes Fitbit device data, such as steps, distance, floors, and total calories burned, as well as other data. The types of data available depend on the Fitbit device you have.
- Sleep—Includes sleep data such as time asleep, sleep quality, and time spent in light, deep, and REM sleep, if tracked by your Fitbit device.
You can export GPS data to a Training Center XML (TCX) file. TCX files display GPS data as activities and track heart rate, calories, and other data. You can upload TCX files to applications including Strava and Google Earth.
- From your fitbit.com dashboard, click Log > Activities, or go directly to https://www.fitbit.com/activities.
- In your Activity History, find the activity with GPS data that you want to export and click the View Details button.
- Click the three dots and choose Export as TCX file. The file is in your Downloads folder.
