I have a Fitbit ionic and I have the ozibyte clock face which I think is big clock or something like that and I did a software reset yesterday and all of a sudden the temperature reading just disappeared it had also disappeared before I did a factory reset and at that time when it disappeared it was at 9:00 at night when my iPhone X would go into do not disturb mode and then would come back on after the do not disturb mode went off but since the factory reset I no longer have access to the temperature icon and also my current location does not work in the weather app on my watch it just shows 2 locations that inputted and not 3 which would be my current location
I don’t know if this is broken because of me needing the current Fitbit os 2.2 or whether there needs to be updates to fix this issue also I am running iOS 12.0.1 on my iPhone X and Fitbit os 2.1

Hello @schinchillaboy, thank you for your inquiry about the clockface.
I'm looking at the list of clockfaces for Ionic, but I haven't seen one you mentioned, is this a clockface developed by Fitbit or a third party?
In the meantime, please try to perform a restart on our Ionic watch to make sure it's not related to anything else, and try restarting the Fitbit app as well (logout, restart your phone and the log back in), then try changing to a different clockface and try to set up the ozibyte clock option you mentioned once more.
I hope this helps, please keep me posted.
