I have a text message that I can not seem to get rid of. Other text messages from that day and from the same person are gone, but one. What can I do to get rid of it ?. The person has even deleted it off of their phone to see if that would help...

Mine does that from time to time.  You just need to turn your Ionic off and then back on.  You do that by holding down the button on the left and the button on the bottom right at the same time.
