Is anyone else experiencing this? My Fitbit Ionic Adidas edition is just over a year old so customer service can't do anything to help-which stinks for $400 watch. The only thing they offered was 25% off a new watch
Anyone else experiencing these issues, was there any solutions? Or, was there someone to file a complaint about a watch that's overheating? or did you file a complaint with your credit card company and have the charge reversed?

I am in the same exact position. I am on Ionic #3 as I have had issues with each one causing replacements. Last night my Ionic overheated and then just completely shut down... it no longer works and since I am past my one year all they are offering is 25% discount. I’ve had problems since day 1 with the Ionic.... $ down the drain

At least they offered to send you replacements. They were like here is 25% off your SOL.
