Poor Bluetooth and volume control issues

Firstly what a disappointment to realise the Bluetooth is awful on these watches. After reading through many forums I have to change the watch to my right wrist to make it work.. massive design flaw. That coupled with only having Deezer is enough to say I’d prefer to pay a premium for an Apple Watch that works..

anyway ive got it working now and have a new pair of Jaybird vista headphones. The issue is when I play music using Deezer the volume controls do not work. When I’m paired with my iPhone playing music and streaming things it’s perfect and I can control volume. This Fitbit though.. the controls are there but the plus and minus button don’t actually do anything

what’s the deal here? Is it just Fitbit being a bit rubbish in their design?
