Text message support

Good evening 

I have just purchased the new fitbit ionic have set up all notifications but can not recieve text messages. Get FB messages and incoming calls but no text messages. PLEASE HELP!!

@KayyatesYes, the Ionic is up to date, but tap your settings on your Android, drag down to Apps, tap that and drag to Fitbit and tap. My version is 2.63 and still waiting for 2.64..

Fitbit do a gradual geographic roll out.

Thank you for your help.
I go to settings on my Samsung S8+ then go to Apps and then look for Fitbit
- if that is correct then I don't see Fitbit on that list???

@Kayyates That's odd... Do you see something like this and you are using the phone App..

Ok right I found it its version 2.63

@Kayyates When I go into the Google App Store V2.64 I is still not there for me..

Have you gone into the other topic on Notifications where I have some screen dumps to check all of you options..

Many are hoping this will fix the issues..

Thanks for the troubleshoot that you've tried as well for the details that each of you have mentioned. I would like you to confirm you've properly set the text notifications for your Ionic by following the tips mentioned in this article. 

Also, please make sure that you have the latest version of the app which is 2.44.2.
