I'm moving this topic to the Ionic forum, where it can get the attention it deserves. The topic was originally posted in the Windows 10 forum.


As to your question, with some certainty, I can say ...maybe.

 

If there are plans, we wouldn't know about them at this point.

 

This feature has been widely discussed, and you can add your vote to the proposal for Ionic message reply. As many votes as this proposal already has, it's likely Fitbit is paying attention to the idea.

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!

More importantly, the Fitbit CEO read the Ionic reviews that complained about missing smartwatch features like text replies. Deja vu, when reviews criticized the Blaze for launching with "notifications  from 1999" it didn't take long for the CEO to decide that needed fixing.
