First, I am going to say that I am a big fan of Fitbit, and now I am using the newest one ionic. The watch is good and I love it so much. However, it seems that Fitbit doesnt care any Thai customers, even though there's a post in the Fitbit blaze room.I just want  to let Fitbit knows that Fitbit is losing many of customers in Thailand(check it out on the facebook thai group tons of people are now intending to sell Fitbit product so bad) Thailand will be a big market for you for sure (Even garmin vivoactive3 are all out of stocks in Thailand and uncounted people are waiting for it)

Anyway, I just want to express the feeling and feel bad for Fitbit to not seeing the important of Thai customers( look it closely Thailand now changing the era)      Thanks

@Ussadakorn Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for your feedback, I'm glad to hear that Thailand is a great market full of Fitbit users!

Could you share more details about this? Why does Thailand thinks like that?

Thank you for answering me

From my guess, I think Thai people loves social media, keeping in touch all the time, sadly they cannot understand the notification because of no Thai language in Fitbit. For me at least just make it understandable Thai language would be just fine.I think this is the main reason that most Fitbit in Thailand transfer to Garmin and Suunto(read from most commend in facebook tho) However, it would be the best if Fitbit can add the food database(I understand it is hard because Thailand has to many kinds of food)

Best regard,

I was also looking for a suggestion for adding a Thai food database. However, I was not able to find it. So, I recommend creating a new suggestion for this idea.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you create a new suggestion! Smiley Happy

When i will get update for thai language notification support for inonic ?

I can not find the topic to vote for solution selected. Please help suggest.

Your company are global, international, and professional in this area. I think you dont need to ask for our vote. Just do it !!!! Like cheap brand in chaina...or professional brand (garmin, samsung, apple, etc) they done without any ask for customer voted.

Please share my message to your management for what customer think.

To fibit team

what is the point to have notification function but your watch doesn' t support many other languages?

Ghink of this, if you were chinese or taiwanese , you would brought a smart watch which having notification but when you got such noticification and found the many box instead of letter. What do you think? Will you continue using it?...to me, i wouldn't use it. And right now i am waiting for my new sunnto 9 to arrive which this equipment support many languages including thai and chinese..

Keep your watch with you and think the way you think...and let see what is going to happen.

@T.Nun Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for sharing your experience in this thread. Also, thanks for your feedback regarding notifications in other languages.

That's unfortunate! However, the best thing to do in this moment is to keep supporting the existing feature suggestions to add these languages. Please feel free to cast a vote and a comment for the ideas shared above.

Dear fibit team
You said that you are keeping on developing your existing features. But i was using your watch for over a year, i found nothings changes in your features.
So keep asking for the vote as you wish.
I will move to suunto. It make sense to have notification reading Thai.

Just scripted answer from Fitbit team.

This issue has been raised since Fitbit Charge 2.

They just through this issue away by suggested to create the support post which is a piece of **ahem**

Fitbit team pls stop being bull**ahem**. If you have no plan to enable Fitbit support Thai, just tell the truth or tell us “when” this issue will be “REAL” solved.

ps. sorry for the language

In addition even cheap activity tracker like moov 6hr which is price around 1,000 thb is Thai Support!

Think about it, IONIC in Thailand cost around 12,000 thb but not support Thai!!! What dose it mean!

moov 6hr is 10x cheaper than IONIC ,so Thai Support supposed not to be hard to implement right?

Then I believe Fitbit Team think Thailand is a 3rd world country. Not important enough to be concerned right?

IONIC has been updated couple of time but stilll.........

I still waiting how fcuking stupid me!

I thinking selling mind and by Garmin but I feel ashamed if I sell expensive and miss fuction one to another

We are expected fully fuction device unless it’s just like piece of siht.
